1. Lesson and Membership Policies:

Open mat and/or free training count as a lesson, unless stated otherwise.
No refunds for membership fees if classes are canceled.
2. Liability:

Carlson Gracie Amsterdam (CGA) holds no liability for:
Loss or damage to the property of members or visitors.
Injuries sustained during training, competition, or tournaments.
Late subscription cancellations or inability to train due to injuries.
Damage during competitions or lessons.
Special regulations for illnesses, injuries, or relocation.
3. Visitor and Member Responsibilities:

Employees reserve the right to refuse visitors.
Members are accountable for their health, disclosing medical complications or illnesses beforehand. They assume full responsibility for any resultant risks or consequences.
4. Operational Guidelines:

Adjusted timetables during holiday periods.
Personal liability for any damage caused by a member within or outside the CGA premises, HW10 building, or to other members' property.
Obligation to refrain from attending if diagnosed with a contagious disease, with membership consequences and no refund until the condition is resolved.
5. Conduct and Hygiene Standards:

Maintaining a friendly atmosphere towards other tenants/visitors.
Cleaning used areas and maintaining cleanliness without leaving waste or items.
Adhering to hygienic standards, including clean gi/kimono, covering wounds, and maintaining proper nail care.
Upholding a hygienic atmosphere for all members.
6. Contract and Payment Policies:

One-month notice via email required for contract cancellation.
Subscription changes require one-month notice before the next month.
Default in payment incurs additional costs, reinstatement of registration fee, and/or administrative costs.
Reserving the right to amend and/or rectify these terms without liability for any errors.
7. Agreement and Authorization:

By signing the continuous authorization membership form, you agree to all the conditions mentioned.
The agreement includes permission for Carlson Gracie Amsterdam to initiate direct debit orders for lesson fees. Members have the option to reverse this agreement within eight weeks of debit by contacting their bank.
